Each Clinic registration is an all-inclusive package, including:

Extend your stay.
The Clinic registration includes two nights stay at the hotel for Friday and Saturday nights. But, attendees have the option of checking in a day early on Thursday and/or checking out a day later on Monday. If you'd like to extend your stay in Arlington, you can specify the extra dates during the online registration process.  The rate for extra nights at the hotel before and after the Clinic is $159/night.

Optional Experience: Friday Learning Tour | Friday, Aug. 9, 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
You'll have the opportunity to tells us your interest in this tour during the online registration process. NCTA is considering offering a Friday afternoon tour aimed at our Choose & Cut/Retail members. The tour would likely include stops at innovative agritourism operations and garden centers in the nearby area to explore and discuss retail marketing and branding, customer service, agritainment, merchandising and employee management. Space would be limited and pricing would likely be in the $35-$45 range.

Cancellation Policy
If you register and are unable to attend, a full refund, less $20 per person processing fee, will be granted if written cancellation is received prior to July 12, 2013; no refunds after July 12, 2013.
